After my expensive vacuum cleaner broke earlier this year, my goal was to get it fixed as opposed to buying one brand new. I went to several vacuum cleaner shops in St Louis, and both stores pushed me into buying a new one. It was only after I visited Fenton sew & Vac, was I left with a good impression of Sew & Vac Shops. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by Ray York, the owner, and he spent alot of time with me, explaining my options and how to tackle my vacuum cleaner repair problem. Ray said his store could fix the vacuum cleaner and have it back to me in several days. I was overly pleased, to say the least. Next time my vacuum cleaner breaks, I will pick Fenton Sew & Vac to buy a new one. They are honest, down to earth, and really care about their customers. Thanks for helping me, Ray!
